Our business is built on the foundation of passion. Our founder, Mr. Bryan D. Evans, Sr., is passionate about aiding small businesses and individuals to become their authentic selves. It is this passion that fuels each engagement we have with our clients. We are confident in our proven collaborative consulting, compassionate coaching, and competitive contracting. This allows us to work with individuals and companies of various sizes; some seek success in their next project, and others are in for the long-haul; of starting a business. We also support established businesses looking for growth and improvement in their operations.
Developing innovative systems and appropriate habits cultivates the growth of our clients and situates them for a harvest of success. Properly positioning our manual, playbook, and services into one’s business model is a principle all within itself, called strategy. ABOUT OUR PRESIDENT & CEO
Bryan D. Evans, Sr., MBA
Bryan has spent his life pursuing his passion for a purposeful life intentionally designed to incubate success in others. Armed with the belief that all can succeed, Bryan has worked in numerous industries, ensuring that those he encounters never stop pursuing their goals. Bryan has positively impacted many organizations nationwide and is an example of the success that can derive from a Milwaukee Public Schools education. Bryan began developing his gifts through programming at Congress Elementary School and Milwaukee High School of the Arts.
In 2004, a staff member at Congress Elementary School introduced Bryan to a youth-led philanthropic program underneath the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. Selected as one of roughly twenty young people who served on the Youth Advisory Council, Bryan made decisions regarding the disbursement of over $50,000.00 annually towards youth-led community service projects in the Greater Milwaukee Area. On this council, Bryan served for two consecutive years as Treasurer, maintaining the books and records for the council. In Bryan’s adult years, he served the organization’s Program Team as Coordinator and Technology Support. He assisted in the Youth In Service Fund transition to the now nationally known, not-for-profit, Lead2Change, Inc.
Bryan holds degrees in Network Systems Administration, Project Management & Administration, and in 2018, Bryan obtained a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Information Systems. Bryan has served as an IT Service Technician with Milwaukee Public Schools, where he supported the Technical Infrastructure for the district’s nearly 200 schools, offices, and partnering buildings. In addition, Bryan has served as a business advisor to law firms, museums, mental health clinics, churches, schools, and non-profits. Bryan is the International Director of Digital Strategy and Operations for the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International.
Bryan is a strong advocate for the community and loves to serve on non-profit boards whose mission is empowering the community. Bryan has served on the boards of the following organizations:
