Iron sharpens iron! Building a business in a silo can be risky and isn’t the best practice. Our Banah Business Development Cohort uses our #FACTS Business Development Manual in an instructor-guided session with other business owners and entrepreneurs building their businesses.

The term Banah (לִבנוֹת) is the Hebrew word for the build, rebuild, establish, and cause to continue. This cohort is all about building and rebuilding through direct instruction and networking.

Do you have a business idea, or are you looking to develop your business to its full potential? Well, we have a solution for you. Our Full-Service Business Development Series guides participants through a 16-Week Process of business development or improvement using our unique copywritten #FACTS Business Initiative Development Manual.

We use our eight-step process throughout the entire series; we know it works. We start by envisioning what success looks like for the business or how the company would run if the identified business problems did not exist. We allow our Envision step to set the stage for the Explore and Confirm stages, where business owners and potential entrepreneurs consider the possibilities, solutions, goals, and objectives.

Only after we have confirmed our direction forward do we begin the Plan and Procure stages to gather what’s needed to succeed. We aid our participants in gathering the tools and teach them to use them. However, we don’t leave them there. The remainder of our series helps participants through the Execute, Manage, and Develop stages, where their visions are fulfilled and new possibilities uncovered, which set the scene for beginning the cycle all over again. However, this time they are empowered to either do it on their own or decide to retain our #ACTS Contracting Services when the most viable option is for us to do the work.
